A reliable app means that the app will always work, no matter the network conditions. A PWA can even function without any internet connection.
A fast app means that the app loads fast and is responsive, reacting to user interactions without delay.
Engaging means that the app feels like a native app. Users can install the app on their homescreen after which the app opens like a native app instead of in the browser.
